Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may contact us at the address provided below and inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email, contact form, or letter).
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Products
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly
