Free Shipping
We offer the following free shipping options:
- Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50
- Free shipping to other countries for orders over €80
For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within two working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Method & Tracking
All orders are dispatched from Germany via trusted European parcel services and delivered directly to the address provided at checkout. All shipments include tracking information, which will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
